Makueni police have launched a manhunt for a commercial sex worker who allegedly spiked a man’s drink before robbing him.
According to police report, the victim Philip Wahome a technician contractor for Airtel Kenya was having drinks at a certain bar in Emali Makueni county in the company of his female friends before the incident.
The victim is said to have left the bar in the company of the unidentified Lady and headed to another bar identified as Dorigate.
“He later boarded his said motor vehicle in the company of an unknown lady and went to Dorigate Pub with the intention of booking a meal and a room to spend the night,” read the police report.
He had planned to book a room and spend the night with the lady in his companion.
The lady offered the victim a drink which he gulped down gladly.
It’s in this bar where his drink was spiked and the prostitute stole his company car a silver Yoyota Hilux registration number KCQ 181N.
He is said to have woken up the following day at 10am to find the woman noshere to be seen and so is his car.
His phones and sh.35,000 were missing when he woke up.
“He found himself in a locked lodging within the pub without his mobile phones make Samsung prime plus and Infinix Note valued at KSh 35,000 and the motor vehicle keys,” the report said.
A bar attendant came to his rescue where he was rushed to the hospital and treated for food poisoning.
