The Speaker of the Makueni County Assembly Douglas Mbilu ha noted that both the County Assembly and Executive need to have a collective and comprehensive sexual education.
More funds and resources should be set aside for reproductive health and rights as they are important steps to further advancing human prosperity in the entire County
Mbilu addressed members of Health services and Budget and Appropriation committees during a Reproductive Health Forum which is facilitated by the County First Lady in collaboration with the County Health department and Jhpiego.
Jpiego has partnered with various counties to ensure quality health care is provided, Kitui and Machakos included.
Governor Kibwana attended the function and assured Makueni residents that his government will do all it can to have these issues addressed fully
